Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and any other paid offerings made available by Ranggo.

It explains when charges may be refunded and how to request a refund. Cancellation and refunds are separate.

Standard Refund Rule

Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins or a purchase is completed.

If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

We may make exceptions in our discretion where the circumstances support it.

When Refunds May Apply

We may review and approve a refund in cases such as:

  • A duplicate charge or accidental duplicate purchase
  • A billing error caused by us or our payment provider
  • A technical issue on our side that prevents access to the paid service
  • An unauthorized charge, after review
  • A refund required by applicable law

We may ask for additional details to verify the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@ranggo.app with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The transaction date and, if available, the receipt or invoice number
  • A short explanation of the issue and why you believe a refund is needed

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or card dispute so we have a chance to review the issue directly.

Refund Processing

If we approve a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method when possible.

Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Processing times can vary.

Any processing fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party fees are refunded only if required by law or if we decide otherwise.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where required by law.
